Frequently Asked Questions
How does the design subscription work?
Once you subscribe, you get access to unlimited design requests for the duration of your plan — weekly or monthly. You can queue up as many tasks as you like, and we’ll work on them one at a time with an average 48-hour turnaround.
You’ll have your own request board (Notion, Trello, or similar) where you can add tasks, provide feedback, and track progress. Simple. Efficient. Ongoing creative support without the back-and-forth of hiring or hourly billing.
Need a break? You can pause your subscription anytime and resume later — unused time carries over. We just ask for a 24-hour notice.
What kind of design work is included?
Most visual brand and marketing design work is included:
Social graphics, decks, ads
Landing pages, email designs
UI/UX mockupsBrand kits and asset libraries
Campaign visuals and creative strategy support
Have something specific in mind? Just ask.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most standard requests are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and queue. Larger projects (like landing pages or full decks) may take longer—I’ll always keep you updated.
What if I need something urgently?
Rush requests with delivery under 48 hours may incur a +25–50% rush fee, depending on scope and availability. I’ll let you know upfront if a request qualifies.
How does the pause feature work?
We get it — sometimes you don’t have enough design work to fill a full month. Maybe you just have a couple of requests right now. That’s exactly why we offer a flexible pause option.
Each billing cycle covers 31 days. If you use 21 days and decide to pause, you’ll have 10 days of service banked to use whenever you’re ready. Your subscription simply picks back up where you left off — no lost time, no wasted days.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests — like full websites, mobile apps, or complex UI/UX projects — are broken down into smaller chunks on our end. You’ll receive steady progress every 24–48 hours until the full project is complete.
What tools do you use?
I work in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Notion, and Webflow — but I’m flexible and happy to work in your preferred stack.
How does Webflow development work?
Webflow development is included in all plans and treated just like any other design request. As long as your site fits within Webflow’s capabilities, we’ll handle the full build — ensuring it matches the design perfectly.
Once your site is complete, it’s transferred to your Webflow account. You’ll have full ownership and control from that point on — no ongoing subscription required to keep your site live.
Are there any requests you don't support
We’ve got you covered on a wide range of design work — but there are a few things we don’t handle:
3D modeling
Document design (e.g. medical forms)
Complex packaging
Extensive print layouts (magazines, books, etc.)
Adobe InDesign projects
If you're unsure about a specific request, just ask — we're happy to clarify!
Where are you based? Will timezone be an issue?
I’m based in the Philippines (GMT+8), which works well with teams in the US, UK, and Australia. I structure work asynchronously and offer flexible availability to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Do you offer project-based or one-off work?
Yes—depending on availability. Retainers take priority, but I do offer custom quotes for brand kits, websites, or pitch decks. Reach out with your brief!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of time-based creative work, all retainer fees are non-refundable. However, I strive for satisfaction and transparency—if there are concerns about the work or delivery, I encourage open communication so we can resolve it together quickly and fairly.
